2 Vessel Umbilical Cord

Hi, I'm 20 weeks pregnant with my second child.
At my 20 week U/S they could only find 2 vessels in the umbilical cord instead of 3. I have an appointment for a level 3 U/S in 2 weeks to verify that there's only 2 vessels and check my baby for any problems. Has anyone had this? Or know anything about it?
