7wks Twin Sac Low Hcg

i just found out i am 7wks pregnant. the ultrasound revealed a twin sack 1 has a fetus the other dosen't. the fetus has no heartbeat. now i have cramps for days. the doc told me to be prepared for a miscarriage. i am so stressed i cry my self to sleep. what am i to do? i do another ultra sound in a week. i don't know what to expect. also my hcg is very low.
