I am just about 8 weeks, had a 3rd ultrasound, to follow up on a small bleed doctor saw 3 weeks ago, blood is still there, not getting larger, just not going away yet. I have no physical blood show or any cramping. Saw an antenatologist who told me not to worry, just take each day one by one until we get to 12 weeks when the risk of miscarriage significantly lessens. They did see a strong heartbeat and everything else they were supposed to see. Gestational sac, yolk sac, etc. The doc says it puts me at a higher risk for mc but not to worry. I am just having a hard time keeping my anxiety down to a minimal. I know that's not good either, but why do they even bother seeing you so early, if they can only tell you that there is no way to tell if anything is going to work out. ?? Anyone in this position.
