I got a D&C about 2 years ago because of a m/c. I got pg while on the pill. What concerns me is that afterwards I couldn't move because the physical pain was too intense. I didn't bleed all that much. I started feeling better but then a few days later I started passing a lot of big clots w/o bleeding. It happened all day and it was unbearable. I tried talking to my dr about it but he was less than nice and supportive. Now, my DH and I bd a lot, at least once a day using the withdrawal method. I haven't got pg from that at all but I did when I was on the pill. It kind of worries me that maybe something went wrong during the procedure to make me not able to carry. Has anyone heard of anything like this happening before?

I am not a doctor but my understanding is yes, it can- although it is rare. In rare instances it can cause something called Asherman's syndrome and some other problems. Aherman's syndrome has a good success cure rate, I know there are other problems as well but not as familiar with them.
It may not be related, because my understanding is although the withdrawl method isn't foolproof sperm counts are looked at for infertility mock-ups, so my guess is you need a lot of sperm to get pg.
How old are you? If you are under 35 fertility experts recommend a year of trying before seeing an expert, 6 months if over 35. If you want your Dr. to take you seriously I recommend actively trying for that period of time then talking to him about it.... if he still isn't nice it's time to get a new DR., IMO
