Ecstasy Before Pregnancy

I stupidly took the drug on a weekend where I was ovulating and got pregnant. Neither my husband or I are drug users, having taken a pill maybe 3 times in my whole life. I tried to do some research on the subject and it ranged from being totally ok, to a very good chance of heart and other defects. Anyone else have this experience? I thought I wasn't worried, but now I am freaking out and considering terminating the pregnancy, I could not live with myself to bring in a child that is not ok.

1st of all how far are you? And if you did a one time deal and havent done it since i dont think that you have anything to worry about. Dont terminate the pregnancy just b/c you think it might hurt the baby. Both of my sisters were doing drugs when they both got pregnant and quit when they found out. and both of them have beatiful healthy baby's

We did ecstasy for the first time in forever the weekend after I got pregnant--of course I didn't KNOW I was pregnant until the week AFTER that when my period didn't come. I am now 32 weeks and I have had an amnio and 3 level 2 ultrasounds and the doc says my baby is "perfect". Sooooo..... I say don't beat yourself up! At the point of conception the baby isn't even attached to you yet!! Therefore the e couldn't cross a placenta that didn't exist yet!!! Good Luck!
