Fetal Pole?

I had 1 healthy son in 2001 - no problems. Then, after 2 years of ttc had a blighted ovum last March. Drs. saw no yolk sac and no hb at 8 weeks. Now pg again - but, I know I should be 6 wks (according to my last period), and today's ultrasound showed only 5 weeks. And although there was a yolk sac, there was no fetal pole. Dr. says not to worry and to wait another week - but I am going CRAZY! Does this mean I am miscarrying again?? Thanks in advance.
