I really want to try to get pregnant again. but i just had a miscarrage.

How soon can i get pregnant to have a healthy baby?

I read that most girls are waiting a month. but I had a normal miscarry. and my body took care of it, and my ER doc said that I can get pregnent in a month again. but i dont want to wait very long. I know i can again and i want to really bad.

and you know, i have read so many things on miscarry and a lot of girls metion that they take prenatal vitamins. and i see that the girls that took them get miscarrys.
but on my first preggo i had a abortion and my baby was healthy and i didnt do anything...everything i did was normal everyday things because i didnt notice, so beware of those bitamins!
