Hellp Syndrome

I had hellp syndrome with my first pregnancy and I was wondering if anyone has had this because I wanted to know if anyone has gotton it in their second pregnancy?

I have not had it but a friend of mine did. She has 3 kids, and only had HELLP during her first pregnancy.

My sil had it with #3...she has 4 children now.

Well that great I was worried that I might get it agian. I don't want to have to go through all that again. My daughter was born at 36 weeks and had quite a few problems. She had to stay in the hospital for about three weeks.

Hi Babytalk~I had it with my son 7 years ago and he was delivered emergency section at 35w/5d. I am now 35 weeks pregnant and this pregnancy (#2) and it has been wonderful with no complications.
What a difference!! This is my second and last child and I'm so happy that I did not have to go through that again. I know what it feels like. It's very scary. Have faith and hope. I went into this knowing I may have a slim chance of getting it again, but that was the risk I was willing to take and it was worth it!!
