This post is really gross, dont read it if you are squeamish!!!

I would go see my doctor about this but its a holiday. Last night I had a pain just above my pubic bone (i was worried that it was my uterus) that was so bad it woke me out of my sleep. It only lasted for a few seconds then went away. It was followed by an intense feeling like i needed to go to the bathroom (both pee and...). But only a little gas came out. This happened a few times in the night and a few time i was able to eliminate some stool. Then in the morning I had really bad diarrhea, no more pains though. What is going on???? Ive had miscarriages in the past and now im having a "healthy" pregnancy (only 6 weeks along but dr. says they fixed the problem that was causing m/c with progesterone.). Has any one else had very painful gas and diarrhea or should i worry that this is uterine pain?
