Honestly, I'm not a dr. but I would try not to worry if I were you. I know how they say the hgc is supposed to double in 48 hours but it did go up a decent amount and think back, did you get the blood drawn at the EXACT same time each day? My HCg was very high when I was less than 10 weeks, I forget exactly how high but I later found out that could be a sign of multiples or chromosomal abnormalities. I'm glad I didn't know that then because I obsessed on everything like that during my whole pregnancy and I worried way too much. Try and relax and just wait and see. I know it's hard but you are very early on. Good luck and keep us posted.
