No Fetal Pole Or Yolk Sac Present

Roughly I am about 7-8 weeks pregnant. My HCG level on Apr. 7th was 7,000, Apr. 10th it was 15,000, and on Apr. 15th was at 35,000, all of which the Dr. said is normal but I have had 2 US and both have detected no fetal pole or yolk sac. I am confused and not sure what all this means besides that this is an abnormal pregnancy. I am curious and would like to know if this has happened to anyone here and what the outcome of the pregnancy was. At this time I have no spotting or bleeding and no cramps and so forth. If anyone has any info in which to share with me I would greatly appreciate it. My next appt. is on Apr. 21st. Please ease my mind and prepare me for what may happen.

I had an U/S at 5 weeks pregnant and it showed no fetal pole , my daughter is now 3 years old. Don't worry, maybe their dates are off especially if your levels keep rising. God bless!

The date since my last period was 7 weeks. But Dr said because I have a long cycle ( 36 days ) I was actually only 5 wks. Your dates may be way off.

I'm also in the same situation, i had my trans vaginal ultrasound yesterday and they didn't find yolk sac and fetal pole only gestational sac. i also have subchorionic hemorrhage. i am bleeding inside the gestational sac. my OB told me to have a bed rest for a week and return to her to see if pregnancy will progress. I'm also taking medicine duvadilan and duphaston, i'm afraid that it's a blighted ovum. how are you now?
