No Growth Between Weeks 6 And 7

I am 7 weeks 4 days pregnant and my last US 5 days ago showed there had been no growth in the last week. The embryo is 3.8 mm. Also the heart beat is 64 bpm. I am 36 years of age but otherwise in good health. I have a lot of nausea, breast pain and sickness. The consultant has classified the pregnancy as 'viable' but I am a little worried something is wrong, and would appreciate any advice or guideance. thank you!

Why would you have 2 US a week apart...? Were the drs or you worried about something to begin with...? I thought the embryo grew 1 mm per day....have you heard that...? So yes, I would worry if I were you as well. I am so sorry...When do you have your next US? xx

thank you Franny. I had my first scan at 6 weeks because I had a lot of abdominal pain (though no bleeding) which has since more or less cleared. they detected a slow heart beat, though they didn't say how slow, that's why they wanted to do the second scan. I am worried about the lack of growth and the slow heart beat, but I feel very pregnant though, all the signs are there and they're increasing (darkening nipples, nausea seems to be increasing too) so I don't really know what to think. My next scan is the week after next and feels very very far away!! x
