Pregnancy After Preeclampsia, Preterm Labor?

I had preeclampsia, preterm labor and gestational diabetes in my first successful pregnancy and I am also diagnosed with Polycystic Ovary Syndrome...Has anyone else been in this position and became pregnant again? Please tell me all about your second pregnancy! Did you have the same problems?!
