Slow Embryo Heart Rate

I had an ultra sound done yesterday because I had a little cramping and a small amount of pink color on the toliet paper after using the bathroom. My ultra sound was normal in size but the heart rate was slow. It was 90 bpm and the normal is 110-120 bpm. The doctor said I have a good chance that this pregnancy will end in miscarriage. Any advice? Now I have to just wait and see what happens for 2 weeks until my next ultra sound.
