Is there anyone one who is going though tis now and would like to create a support system with each other?I have been trying to get pg for a year now. I m/c in October. I am 6w 5d and have been cramping, pretty bad for the last 5 days. They did an ultra sound taody and baby is fine but they found the subchorionic hemmorage. I have to go back in 2 weeks for a follow up ultra sound. I am worried. Any one else?

hey DeeD, my name is michelle. I have been dx with a subchorionic bleed. I was 9 weeks 4 days. I thought for sure that I was m/c because of the amount of blood that I lost, but baby was fine. I am now 12 weeks 4 days and I have been spotting for a week. My doc said that the bleed should go away and that sometimes you bleed well into your 20th week. I was also told that I willost likely deliver early due to the fact that the baby will not get nutrients from the placenta towards the very end of the pregnancy. I hope that this helps in someway. Baby is doing great. Please try to stay calm and go to your doc if you start bleeding bright red. Hope to hear from you soon. Michelle

Hi DeeD! I have a friend who has subchorionic hemorrhage all throughout her nine months pregnancy but the baby was fine even after her delivery. Right now, i'm 8 wks pregnant too but have some complications. There's a ges sac and a yolk sac, it's growing but the embryo is missing. Need to have a transvaginal u/s again after another week. I have a minimal subchorionic hemorrhage too, doc advised me bed rest until the hemorrhage subsides.

Hi DeeD. I have a SCH too. I was diagnosed with bleeding (I called it hemroging) at 6 weeks 8 weeks and 13 weeks. My first OB took it not so serious and had me on bed rest for 2 days. But she sent me to a Pernataligist for my NT scan and when he saw the bleed he said OH NOW Bed rest till week 16. So I settled in bed until week 16 and then he checked me again and it is still there but not activaly bleeding. I will go back Tuesday to follow up ( I will let you know the status). I ended up finding another OB who thought it was as serious as the Peri and watched me closely. I am having a c-section 2 weeks early due to my back, but also the SCH if it is still there. Try not to stress, but I know it is hard to do. Be very ginger with yourself. Carry NOTHING!!! I carried nothing, no groceries, etc. Some people think this is overkill but as for me, maybe but who cares if I have a healthy baby in 9 months. I am now 21 weeks and have not bleed since week 13. I am still careful, although I lift more and exercise a bit and work all day. I don't lift too much though. Good luck and if you need to talk or have questions, please ask!

Thanks for your responses. I have a two year old that must be lifted into her crib for nap while hubby is gone to work. I live in a brand new develpoement and have no neighbors yet and no family close by. But, that is the only lifting I do. Hubby has been doing everything else. The cramping is not as bad as it was, but I have been taking it easy. I am just really scared. I just mc in Oct and just can't do it again. Michelle, I have not bled at all. They found it on an ultra sound because I was having bad cramping and I insisted they figured out if I had mc...if I had I wanted to go off progesterone immediately and just get it over with. To my surprise, baby was fine with a hb of 156. But then doc came in a gave me the bad news about the sch. What is the general outcome? Ihope all goes well for you. I am only 7.2 weeks. My next us is on the 9th. I will know more then. Thanks for your support.
