I should be 6 weeks pregant my last period was July 5th , My HCH level is 6,000 today I had a u/s and they said they saw a sac but mothing in it and blood around the sac. The Dr couldnt tell me if I am misscarry or not I am very scared and worried. They sent me home with nothing what to do what to expect nothing . Please help

I had gone back to the dr and they saw a heartbeat and everything was fine, than I went back 2 weeks later b/c I started bleeding they told me there was no hearbeat anymore. I had to back for a D&C the next day,its been 1 week now since and I told the dr to tie my tubes b/c my husband and I cant ever go threw this agian. SO I get my tubes tied next month
