i am 11 weeks and 5 days pregnant & i had a brown spotting , sometimes its red ........went to hospital & they did the abdominal & vaginal ultrasound .....& told me that the fotus is only about 6 weeks size & they couldn,t find heartbeat..can anybody help me

Did the hospital say that you should have other followup ultrasounds or blood work? That would be the next step I think.

Hi Micky,
I had the same thing happen to me and unfortunatly it did not turn out in a happy ending. I was 8 wks, and the fetus was only 1/3 of the size it should have been and no heartbeat was found. I spotted for 2 days and miscarried on Thurs. last week. Have you contacted your OB dr? You should if you haven't already. In my case, the dr. suggested waiting 2 wks and repeat the ultrasound, but I miscarried before that. Good luck to you and keep updating us.
