Hi twinkle, sorry that I have no advice to offer. All I can say is to wait it out. I know it sucks. The other thing I can tell you is that I am pregnant with my 2nd, and both pregnancies, I was actually convinced that I was having a miscarriage because of some cramping. I would say to go back to the Dr and ask more questions... Please let me know what happens and good luck!

So sorry this is happening to you! Unfortunately the light bleeding and spotting can go on for a few weeks before the miscarriage takes place. I am not sure about the sac being low but I do know it has to be in a good location for the placenta to attach once it finishes forming.
