i'm about 3.5 weeks pregnant, i think.. i have cramping like if i'm going to get my period and my back hurts, also i have a getting a lot of pimples more than what i usually get before my period are those signs of pregnancy?. answer plisss

I am finishing up my fifth week, and today I have cramps like when I actually have my period. I am NOT bleeding, though, thank goodness! I hope they ease up a little soon. It gave me relief to read this site and see many other women have cramps too at this point in their pregnancies.

ok here's my story...i had VERY unprotected sex umm like a month ago...i was about three or four days late..during those days I noticed some discharge...then i bled the next day...but i experienced some brown spots also within the first few days of my bleeding...when i put a tampon in it seems like my cramps get worse...and it seriously feels like my lower abdomen is gettin more solid...I have no freakin idea if I'm pregnant...and wanted to know if this is normal...if I'm pregnant actually...I'm on my second day of bleeding and it's kinda slow..i NEED to know what you guys think...

I might be 6 weeks pregnant and i've been experiencing cramping too so I thought it wasn't normal to get lower back pain and cramping!! and I haven't got my period and its almost feb now! thanks alot ladies, this site has really made me feel alot better! congratz to you girls!!

I'm about 5 weeks and i'm just happy to be expecting because i have had 2 miscarriages and after 4 years of tring we finnaly did it again but i'm so scared that i might have another miscarrisge, but i seen that everyone is has been cramoing makes me feel good because i thought that i was having a miscarage.

I m also in my 4-5 week. I had light brwon discharge in the day my period was due, next day, i had scanty period till evening, and on third day, only spotting..again, on 4th day, spotting. I m really worried and just want to know whether i can be pregnant. I have light headache , but no sore breast. Could anyone help...

I am probably about 3-4 weeks along. Ever since I had a positive home test two days ago, I've had mild cramps, almost period like. Tonight I began spotting a bit, nothing like my period. I am scheduled to have an appointment tomorrow with the ob-gyn to confirm the pregnancy. Do I need to call them tonight to notify them of the bleeding, or could it wait until tomorrow?

Six months ago I had a miscarage. My symptoms were severe back pain, severe bleeding(soak a pad in less than 1 hour) and clotting. I am only saying this for the women who may be having these symptoms you should call your OB-GYN. I am pregnant again, about 4 weeks along and having very mild period like cramping nothing like last time. It is a dull feeling that has been scaring me. I am very glad I have read all of your entries they have put my mind at ease. I have an apointment tomarrow and will update.

Hey there! I'm about 5-6 weeks along my self, i found out about 5 days ago. I've been experiencing cramps with no bleeding or staining also, which started like a week ago. Not knowing what that meant, I reseached around and found this question. At first, I read a book that says "if you have cramps, your more than likely experiencing a mis-carriage". Naturely, I paniced. Even though this pregnancy was'nt planned, I still wanted to keep my very first baby. So, when I found this question on the internet and read what the other " mommys-to-be" wrote, me and my boyfriend both found it very comforting that I was'nt the only one feeling this way. Hi, I am almost six weeks preg with my first baby. I have been having the common very light cramping, but I noticed that when I strain to go to bathroom, I have noticed some very light spotting when I wipe. Is this normal? I am worried. It only happened twice in one week.

relaxin the hormone can cause alot of back pain and cramps are normal too. if its severe, id tell the doctor. cramps are scary no matter when you get them during your pregnancy. doctors seem to tell you that if youre not bleeding ignore it. but thats easier said than done. all you can do is wait for ultrasound to see if all checks out ok. best!

i am experiencing light cramping in my lower abdomen like i am on my period or just about to but also i have like a slight ache in my lower stomach has anyone else experienced this ?

I thank God for allowing me to find this forum. I am about 5 1/2 weeks along and I am having very small cramps and they are not bad at all but i can feel them (lol) and at first, I thought that I was going to miscarry but I am happy to know that its normal and that my body is changing.
