t, you need to get yourself to the hospital right away. Good luck, and I hope that you're alright.

I am 10 weeks pregnant, and at the end of my 9th week I bleed. The bleeding was just once. Every since I have had brownish, creamy, looking discharge, not all of the time but some times. My lower back aches. But, from all of the sites I have been reading it seems like anything could or could not be a miscarriage. At first I was very depressed with this. But, knowing that if you miscarry it is usually because it is an abnormal pregnancy. I am dealing with the fact that I could or could not be miscarring. The worst part is not knowing what is going on. My doctor told me to wait until my next appointment, another week. Unless I have heavy bleeding and or abdominal pain. I wish the best for everyone.

OUCHY I am almost 8 weeks pregnant and my tummy realy hurts, like I did 1,000 sit-ups. I also get so cold these days, is this all normal? I don't see the OB until July 30.

I came off the depo-provera injection last July; exactly a year ago. I have been trying for a baby ever since but have only had my regular 28 day cycle since January. So am trying my best to get pregnant.I am on day 16 into my cycle and am suffering from slight lower back pain & mild cramping. Is it too early too get symptoms now? I hope I am not suffering from the so called 'phantom pregnancy', as I desperately want to get pregnant.Good luck to all. x

It's a relief to read everyone's responses. I am 6 weeks pregnant and am experiencing cramping and a discharge (doesn't seem like blood) since my first doctor's visit last Thursday.
One piece of advice for everyone. With so much stuff to read out there on pregnancy, you always run across horror stories and negativity. Feed yourself the positive. Have faith that God will see you and your child through this. No weapon formed against you shall prosper! (Isaiah 54:17)
God bless all of you and your beloved babies!

Oh Dear Lord up above thank You for letting me find this site. I'm so relieved to have read all of the exact same entries as mine. As most of you, I'm only 5 weeks pregnant with first child and have had really bad lower backache on and off for about 3 days now. I also have period like cramping for about 4-5 days now with absolutely no bleeding, Thank God! I'm so happy and relieved that this is normal and there are millions of other women going throught the same thing! I would also like to mention that I'm only 16 yrs. old and nervous but happy at the same time that I have a beautiful child of my own growing inside of me. May God Bless all of you and your unborn child(ren).

Yes what a relief to know that I am not alone on a Thursday morning at 5am. I had a miscarriage about 5.5 weeks ago and i think this cramping is caused by my period ... although I have never had cramping from my period in my life. They say a miscarriage changes your cycle ... this will be a big bummer if I am going to have these cramps like this every time ... but still no bleeding. I doubt I'm pregnant ... just wish I knew. My heart goes out to each and every one of you who "don't know". Being a women is so special but at the same time so very very confusing at times. God Bless and watch over us! I would love for some of you to respond so we can know your progress.

I am so glad that I found this site! I am about 5 weeks along and have been having period-like cramps and brown discharge also. I went to the ER, but didn't get the feeling that other women actually had these same symptoms! I have been scared since, and have been on bed-rest (which has helped). This is my first pregnancy, so I had no idea what was going on. Thank you for easing my mind a bit! God bless you all, and try to take it easy...it really does help!

One thing to bear in mind is your overall pain sensitivity threshold. Do you say "Ow!" if someone pokes you slightly, if so I would say you're going to feel everything. As for the bleeding, it will do one thing for certain, it will cause you to worry. My wife and I are on our fifth insemination, we were at a wedding last Saturday, she looks at me teary eyed and tells me to go home to get her a pad. Our first HCG on the Wednesday was at 127. The doctor had us take a second one on Sunday. Sunday was one of the most depressive days of my life, we were just waiting for everything to flow out. The doctor called back and said the HCG was at 899, but he was concerned about the bleeding. Since then there has been light pink and brown but no bright red. I've researched our odds to be at 50%. Next Wednesday is our ultrasound, if there is a "heartbeat" the chances of survival will be 80%, (95% for non-miscarriage women). From there hoping we reach the first trimester the chances will be 99%. My advise is to rationalize your fears one by one. Acccept what is happenning to you for better or worse. There are many people who never reach this stage that we are in, from what I've read I'd say most sound ok. We send a big warm hug to all of you, your concern proves you will all be good mothers...

I am about 5.5 weeks and this is my fourth pregnancy with only only two successful so far. I have had severe lower back pain and light brown discharge pretty much since about 1.5 week ago. The doctor didn't seemed to freak out so I assumed that it ws normal. I had a HCG test done on friday and they were really good but with my history the put me on progesterone anyways. After reading all of these entries it has made me feel so much better and I pray that each and everyone of you will have a successful preganacy and a beautiful child at the end.
