Pregnancy Info HOME

Not sure if im in the right area to ask this question but ill do it anyways! so i was diagnosed with an ovarian cyst at almost 7 wks pregnant i am now 10 wks and 3 days today. The u/s/t told me that it was bleeding and thats what was causing pain in my lower abdominals. I was sent home and told to do another u/s 3 wks after. I am scheduled to go in next week but right now i need some feedback to get a peace of mind. What is bothering me now (not only the cyst!) is that my pregnancy symptoms seemed to just vanish! i had breast tenderness and that left overnight! I was vomiting and spitting alot at night along with nausea and that too left overnight!!!! now my question is: is it possible i could have a missed miscarriage (again!!)??? or is it normal? i went into the ER and they told me i had to wait and see at the u/s and they couldnt do anything for me unless i had bleeding or severe cramping!!! (i dont!) i need to see if anyone has had this or known of someone....help please!! i had a m/c last year and its scary to go through it again.
