Pinching In Stomach 7 Weeks?

This is my 2nd pregnancy and I am finding it a lot harder this time around. Morning sickness is really getting me down and I have noticed that I have been getting a funny pinching feeling in my stomach I was wondering if anyone else has this? Is it normal?
