Possible Miscarriage And Pregnant Again With Out Knowing?

I went in for 10 week ultra sound, couldn't find the baby and when they finally did, said baby was at most 5 weeks, I 'm positive about dates and they couldnt find h/b either, said I could have possibly miscarried w/out knowing and conceived again, or bad pregnancy...please help if you have had anything similar!!

I went for a ten week ultrasound also, couldn't find a heatbeat and said it was the size of an 8 wk old baby. I too was positive about my dates, I knew when it had been conceived. Had to have a d&c. They call it a 'missed' miscarriage where the baby dies but doesn't come away. I'm very sorry if the case is the same for you, it is a very sad thing to go through.
