Possible Third Miscarriage

I had two miscarriages in a row and now i'm 7 weeks and 3 days pregnant again. I had an u/s last 03/13 there was a sac but didnt find an embryo and i have an internal bleeding too, doc advised me to take a two weeks leave from work. my doctor told me too to have an u/s again after 2 weeks which is 5 days away from now and i'm really worried and scared. My first and second miscarriage was different because there was an embryo but no heartbeat until 8th wk of pregnancy, now it's different because the sac is there but doc couldn't find the embryo. I also don't have a sore breast which is different from my past pregnancies but i have morning sickness. I can't wait for 5 days to have an u/s, i can't stop thinking and worrying if i'm going to have my baby or is it another miscarriage? is it alright to have an u/s tomorrow instead of waiting until 03/27? i'm really bothered...

HI Clay,
I was 6 weeks and 5 days and I had an ultrasound and they found the sac but no baby. Yes I miscarries, it is called a Blith Ovum. This is my 2nd and it is heart breaking. I also still have morning sickness, but their is nothing their. I went to the Dr this afternoon, and nothing is their, I have passed the sac. I am so lost all I want to do is cry. I stared with bleeding last Wednesday, and had a big u/s on Tuesday and today, it is all gone. I hate to give you these answers, but you should brace yourself. Take care and stay strong.

I'm sorry to hear about your story lynnebell. Give yourself the time to grieve maybe this just isn't the right time. I had two miscarriages in a row now i'm pregnant again, don't know if it will work out this time but i'm still hanging on. To give you an update, i went to the lab yesterday had some blood tests will be getting the results on 03/27. I had a transvaginal u/s also and brought the results to my doctor. The gestational sac was well-formed and it grew as well as the yolk sac but the embryo was still missing. I have to have another transvagi u/s again on 03/31. I pray that the baby is inside me hoping that she will show up next time and maybe was just delayed..
