I went yesterday for my first u/s and no heartbeat just a sac. Doctor suggested maybe I wasnt as far along as we originally thought. She did blood work and called today to say my levels were 6570, which I am supposed to be a little over 8 weeks. Go back in the morning for another blood test. Hopefully it will double. But this number seems pretty low already compared to others I have read. Any help?

Maybe you aren't as far along as you thought... My hcg levels at 6 weeks 3 days was 30,000.... I hope everything turns out okay. Although I have read that some people's hcg levels are just normally lower then expected. As long as they double when they should it should turn out okay. There is an extreme range from lows and highs for hcg levels. Good Luck.

My HCG at six weeks was 12000. Then it went to 16000 at 6 weeks and 4 days. I am now eight weeks and I saw a heartbeat 9 days ago and everything is good except I still have spotting every time I get arroused or have intercourse. Just keep your spirits up and trust god.

Thank you for your response. I have done alot of research and I know my HCG level is really low. I am really trying to stay positive and have faith. I went back to the doctor this morning to have another blood test. I should know tomorrow what the results are. I really hate having to wait so long to get the results. I know if it doesnt work out, We will try again, and usually this doesnt happen the 2nd time. I do have one healthy 5 year old daughter, which I had no complications with. I do have alot to be thankful for!
