Depression Combined With Pregnancy

My husband and I are currently ttc, and I have depression which I control through the use of Prozac. Most of the time I am fine, but I do have my off days. My question is for those who have been clincally depressed before pregnancy. Did pregnancy make your depression symptoms worse, and did you experience PPD?
