I was on Lexapro for my postpartum depresssion, but I can't afford to get it refilled ($70/month) and there's no generic version, so I was wondering if there are natural ways to treat it, activities, excersizes, certain foods, whatever!!!

I just saw a piece on the Today show about foods and the ways to combine them to improve mood and even help depression. I missed a lot of it b/c of the kids, but maybe they have some info. on their website!

Omega 3 is suppose to be good for the mood and for overall health. Exercise helps a lot too.

Pirate, why don't you tell your Dr about your financial situation and ask then to give you as many samples as they can?
