The tucks wipes they give you in the hospital were awesome for those first few days. I love his boppy...very helpful for back and arm support. Were you thinking just in general or product specifically for mom or baby?

Lansinoh for sore nipples. It is a life saver in the early days of breastfeeding

My squirt bottle, for using when I urinate. (Helps keep my episiotomy stitches from burning.) It makes things more tolerable!
