Sex And Bleeding After 3 Months!

Hi- My DS will be 3 months on Thurs. My Husband and I have had sex 3 times since the birth. Everytime we have sex it hurts a lot and I bleed a lot. I have not bled since about 5 weeks postpartum.Although everytime we have sex I bleed all over- usually It stops. Well on Saturday night we had sex and I bled for a whole day! I had to use tampons and everything and It is now 3 months. I don't think that this is normal - The blood is fresh and It's like a period- except it's not my period b'c I am also breastfeeding. Any advice? Is anyone still bleeding this bad after 3 months?! Please help.
