I would like to know how I can enjoy a sexual experience with my wife after she has delivered. Six weeks is usually the rule of thumb, and with our first baby, we ended up having sex after 5 or so. This was our 2nd baby, and 2 weeks after delivery, she is having no pain whatsoever. She has no bleeding either. She's giving me oral sex to keep me happy, but she is really wanting more. She can always have orgasms during sex, but also with oral sex when he wants to. Can she experience orgasm without any problems? I could satisffy her orrally without or with little penetration. (as far as my toungue can reach anyway. Would it be safe to have anal sex 3 weeks after delivery? Will an orgasm of any kind hurt her? Six weeks is going to seem like a year if she can't get any release.

i'd say do whatever you want, as long as she's comfortable with it. my advice is to go really slowly and gently the first time, and use lube. i was distinctly uncomfortable the first time and didn't get an orgasm but i didn't expect to either, but after that first time everything was pretty good in that department. i had sex 5 weeks after my baby was born too. an orgasm shouldn't hurt her, she might spot a bit of blood after sex, though. go slowly and have fun! :-)

I had my baby two weeks ago....I cannot wait another month. Has anyone done it earlier than 5 weeks? My husband and I tried fooling around, but it does not work for me.

No an orgasm will not hurt her. its' usually the penetration that the doctor says to wait for to make sure that she is fully healed. i did once 3.5 weeks pp.
