Thrush?

My baby is 10 days old and when she yawned yesterday I noticed 2 smal white patches on the roof of her mouth, kind of in the middle. She doesn't have them anywhere else and nursing or sucking on her pacifier doesn't seem to bother her. I don't know if this is the begining of thrush or not. Any suggestions?
