Hello mommies...I just gave birth on Monday the 29th, and have been feeling pretty great considering. But just one thing I am soooo anxious to get rid of is the swelling I had during pregnancy. I was so puffy i was barely recognizable! Now it has reduced somewhat of course, but I still cannot put my rings on....does anyone know how long it usually takes for swelling to pretty much clear up?

Sorry Chrissi, it will take a few weeks unfortunately. I don't remember putting my wedding ring back on for about 5 weeks

i am 7.5 weeks pp and still can't wear my wedding ring.

some of it may be real weight gain, not just water. that can make your ring size bigger. sorry! hopefully it is just swelling.
