Abdomen Issues 5 Months Post C Section...

Hi, I look like I am still about 4 months pregnant after my c section which was 5 months ago. My abdomen is pretty rounded. One side seems larger than the other. Soft when I lie down but firmer when I am standing.
I am worried that something is wrong. I have sometimes pains or spasms that may be from bloating, also I had a history of infection at birth. No fevers now though. Any Idea of what may cause me to look so large? The rest of me has slimmed down and my friends who had their babies at the same time are hardly as swollen even with their c section.
I did have polyhydraminos as well maybe that has something to do with it?? ANY help or thoughts?? Thanks!

I had no history of infection after my c-section. I know what you are talking about. Sometimes my belly if I bend over it looks like how it did when my son was in my belly (head down) with his butt sticking up in my upper belly. The lower part I can actually see my pulse going through my abdomen now. I hope this helps. But if you are worried maybe you should see your dr. Did your c-section site have a hard time healing? I hope this helped. I don't know if it is the same thing but most of the time if i am leaning a certain way it looks like I just had a baby... Happy New Year to you.
