Everyone reacts different to the pill. Some people do get dark spots, others break out or even clean your skin. Some people put on weight. In my case, the only bad thing is that my period is all crazy, getting it like every 2 weeks, but im not sure, since im still 11 weeks pp and I heard that for 6 months, your period could be abnormal. I havent had any dark spots on my skin and Im on the pill, But i think im going to go for the IUD since im very forgetful.
