after delivery, I had a tear up near my urethra also which was terrible since that wasnt sewn up or anything and along with my squirt bottle they give all post partum patients at my hospital a can of dermoplast to spray all around the area after using the restroom and cleaning with your bottle, it helps with pain a LOT and prevents infection too i think. just a tip in case your post partum nurses didn't give you that stuff, its totally worth buying!
