They usually say six weeks and that's been my experience. To be healed "down there" and stop bleeding and all that kind of stuff, it usually takes me about that long. However, none of my deliveries have ever been really terrible or complicated or anything. Maybe if they were it would take longer.

as for feeling more normal it took a couple days to heal it took a couple weeks
