I Had My Son On Nov 3 2008 And I'am Still Bleed I Wont To No Is It Normal For A Woman To Bleed This Long After Haveing A Baby

Ive been bleeding for 8 weeks after birth and its starting to really frustrate me is this normal at all???it got lighter at the beginning but now just seems like a normal period :o(
Im also going to the gym now so hopefully my tummy will flatten out..fingers crossed..its depressing looking in the mirror :(
