Stretchmarks.. HELP!?!

hooow do u get rid of stretchmarks? or make them less noticable? help meeee!

I dont think you can MAKE them go away any faster, but they do slowly start to fade a bit. I have been tanning some, and they seem to be less noticable then before and I am 5 weeks PP. Also if you are a believer in the creme (which Im not because I used it all through my pregnancy and still got tuns of marks) Just keep putting that on, and its supposed to help fade them but I dont know.
