I am curious as to what a squirt bottle is to be honest. I have never heard of it.

I use it until you feel better down there. My first I swear I used it 2 monthys with my other kids only a couple weeks.

They sent it home with me and I think I might have only used it once. It just depends on how you feel down there.

I had my son 9 months ago. I still use it everytime I have AF to feel cleaner down there.

Tory, they're talking about something called a Peri bottle. Lots of hospitals give them out with your post partum "goodies" along with Tuck's pads, pain pills, etc. It's a small plastic squeeze bottle that you can fill with warm water and squirt on your vagina when using the bathroom. It helps to clean off urine before you feel comfortable wiping, and it's also great for rinsing off blood for as long as you're bleeding. I only used mine for about three weeks, on & off during some of that time.

ladies, let me add... It was the best thing the hospital sent me home with besides my son. I am using it now after a cone biopsy, as I can't take baths but can shower. But wearing a pad is driving me bonkers. it is annoying and apparantley it will be like this for a while.
