I think thast this would be rare. The only possible way would be that if you had sperm in your mouth and the when you kissed him and it got in his mouth. Then when he preformed oral sex on you the sperm got inside. I doubt that this is possible. I do not think that the sperm could survive that long. Hope that this helps.

i have read that the enzymes in human saliva are strong enough to "neutralize" sperm. if it's strong enough to break down food, hell, i guess it's good enough for semen
