Depo And Pregnancy

I was on the depo and got pregnant . I was told by the dr by ultrasound that I was 17 weeks on 24 dec. I delivered on 10 jun and she was a week overdue (41 weeks). I didn't have a period so I don't know when I ovulated but I did have relations that weekend (labor day) on the 5th or 6th sept could he be the father. Someone Please help me !! I'm about to lose my mind with a DNA . The person whom I want to test is tall and so is my daughter . I just want to have closure on this for her . PLEASE HELP!
