I recieved a positive pregnancy test 5 days before my missed period. The lines are usually lighter though, but every woman is different and some show early as I do and some do not.

I took my first prego test exactly four weeks after my LMP and it was positive. It would have been about 2 weeks after conception then. I took about 6 tests in the next two days to make sure, then I had blood drawn about 3 days later to confirm. I am now about 10 weeks along!

I got my bfp the day af was due. Good luck to you, try not to test until af is due or late that way you'll save money and less heartache.

i took a pregnancy test about week after my lmp & it was a negative..then took another one the next week and it came out positive.. it takes a while to show up

I took my first test 10 dpo and it was positive, tho faint. So I retested the next day and it was much darker. The test I got said you could test as early as 4 days prior to af but would not always show up that early, but mine did. My due date is April 21, 2009.
