Through the ultrasound report I came to know that I am pregnant for 11 weeks and 3 days. Is there a way I can know the date which I might have concevied on? I am totally confused about my first date of last mensturation period.

Ok, count back 11 weeks and 3 days from the ultrasound. That would be the start of your last period. Most women ovulate around mid-cycle so you estimate your conception date based on that by adding about 2 weeks (based on your typical cycle length) to the last period date. Does that make sense?
