Does anyone else do NFP or FAM? I usually ovulate between the 16th or 18th cycle day. This month all the signs (fluid) pointed toward ovulating around the normal time. My temperature jumped on Saturday (19 cycle day) but is back to normal (the same temperature I have during the first two weeks of my cycle.) Why did it spike and then drop? And now I have twinges (not pain) in my lower right side? Like ovulation pain. Is it all in my head?
