Still Confused.....

I don't know what week I should be counting. Based on my LMP (2/22) I would be 12 wks, going from the U/S I am 10 wks. When I count back I am 10 wks from conception but all the wk by wk calendars start with the LMP so I don't know which wk I should be following?
