When Did I Concieve?

My due date is june 1st according to the ultrasound, i'm really not sure who the father of my child is becasue on august 14th, 2004 i had intercouse but three weeks later had a negative pregnancy test and a period. And on or around august 31st, 2004 or september 2nd, i had intercourse with another partner. Please help me determine who the father of my child is?
