Is It Possible To Ovulate While Pregnant

my husband and i have been trying since november to have a baby but so far no luck. we had sex about 2 weeks ago a week after my period i should be ovulating today or tomorrow but the test so far is negative. could this mean i may already be pregnant? or do you still ovulate?
