10 Weeks, But Sac Is 7??

I am ten weeks pregnant. I went in for an ultrasound today and doc says timing is off b/c there is a sac and there's a pregnancy but the sac is developed at seven weeks only. My next appt is next week and she says that it might not make it. Do I give up hope?
