I would love to feel not so alone...

Has anyone else had a pregnancy loss right after implantation? This has happened to me twice now, and the doctor gave me an insensitive scientific explanation. The body "flushes" out the baby right away for one reason or another. I am wondering if there is something I can do to keep this from happening. Any help is appreciated.

I would find a more sympathetic doctor and get documentation of pregnancy (positive doctor's office test is pretty much all a doctor will accept). Once you have 3 losses (some will test at 2) you can start having testing to see what may be going on. How long are your cycles? Luteal phase defect is pretty common in early early losses and progesterone is low. A sign of it is short cycles (under 26 to 28 days I think). Your luteal phase is not long enough to sustain the start of a pregnancy. Treatment is usually to take progesterone starting right after ovulation. Taking B6 daily can help a bit too.
