Just an update : I have been bleedin to this day . On october 10th i was hospitalized as I had too much bleeding soaked 12 pads in 5 hours. Was told that this happened because the uterus lining got scraped out during D&C and the body is repelling the hormone (progynova natural hormone) . I was then put on synthetic hormone and the lining has somehow grown to 9mm now . I just hope that this will soon end my bleeding.

Im sorry to hear that, I had a d&c done 3 weeks ago and the bleeding stopped after 7 days, it wasnt a heavt bleeding, more like spotting, but my doctor didnt give any prescriptions. I have gone to him and everything looks fine now, why dont you research about this medication that you were given? you shouldnt be bleeding that much for that long..

Hi there, I am so sorry to hear of your loss, its such an agonsing thing to go through, and i think the only people that understand are the people that are going through it at the same time or have been through it... i had a missed miscarriage last week and had the D&C the following day - i was supposdly 12 weeks pregnant, but had lost the baby at 81/2 weeks, but had no symptoms... i am still so devastated and cry almost all the time - i try and forget about it but its difficult. My bleeding has already stopped, i still have slight spotting but nothing heavy, and my doc didnt prescribe any medication either. I so want to try again, i am desperate, but i know in my mind i have to wait for at least one month for the healing of the uterus but my heart says go for it - so i dont know what to do at the moment - im sort of at a loss...

to kezgait- I am going through the same thing. I had my d&C on September 18th. It has been 5 weeks now and I am still a complete mess. I still have not had my period and I just want to try again. I know I should wait for one period but the waiting is getting too hard. To make matters worse, I just found out my sister-in-law is pregnant. I should be so excited about this, but instead I feel angry and bitter.
